Not tired and that's a problem
Why is that a problem?
Because it was really late in my little corner of the world and I have some health issues that my doctor said will not get any better unless my stress is drastically reduced and my sleep drastically increased. Both of which feel impossible at the moment. I'm supposed to be cutting back on everything and today I have 3 appts and on only 3 hours of broken sleep, I'm breaking all the rules.
