Will have to make a catch up post when I can string proper sentences together. Life is currently 'interesting' (some of which is good) but I don't know if I'm coming or going.

Bit drowsy. Watched some lectures on cutting hair with a knife. First two had a good tutor. The tutor on the third bit was sleep-inducing. Did not learn a thing from her.

Did learn good techniques from the guy in the first two though. So, did not waste all of my time.

These I learned something from.

Kid of  mine wants a haircut in time that I fear the local hairsalon cannot do, maybe one of the hairdressers will have the guts and the skills, the others will not have that. I've cut lots of hair, and all kinds of shapes. I like it to be done properly. Never did what my kid came up with though. How to thin it more sophisticated than I do it now was something I wanted to learn too. Kid has four or five times the amount of hair that I have.

Now mulling in my head what I have learned, and what she described. Will watch some more from this guy if there is more. Had no time for that today.

Maybe my SIL will cut it the first time. Then I will take a close look at how she does it. Watching, and understanding is the best way to learn imo.

Same, tired, stressed, slightly pissed.....it's been a fucking Looooooooooooooong two weeks and I'm hoping the light at the end of the tunnel is NOT an oncoming train!    :o
