If you're suffering from outside allergies, cover your hair and wear some type of a light coat.  When you get inside take them off and you won't be breathing the pollen.  Similarly each night wash your hair to keep the pollen from your pillows.

It's because I'm in denial that I'm developing lactose intolerance and still eat ice cream on occasion.

Ah, then wrap your ice cream in a scarf before eating it.

Try soy ice cream pyraxis.

My ex-lodger/housemate, the gorgonslut bitch from tartarus was lactose intolerant. Soy milk is fucking vile stuff, but the icecream is edible by my standards.

I think I will. I tried almond milk today but I got the unsweetened kind by accident and it was awful. Sour like curdled urine. I have calcium infused orange juice but one serving is only 35% of the daily requirement. I used to drink milk every night. I don't understand why my body is being so hypocritical, craving milk products because I'm sure I'm deficient and then getting sick when I have them.

I really love the coconut milk and it has more calcium than dairy milk...I use the soy for cooking/baking...I really don't care for the taste alone of the soy or the almond, they have an ice cream too...Coconut Bliss...they don't have it at my local Walmart though, have to go in town to get it.

My biggest weakness is cheese. :zombiefuck:  Trying to give up dairy all together...that's one of the many things I'm supposedly allergic to along with my cats. Not giving up them though.  :LOL:

Totally addicted to stilton (the blue kind, not really fond of white stilton much, I like mine blue and stinky.)

Another thing to try is lactase, lactaid is one brand I know of in the US, its simply a packaged form of the otherwise missing enzyme required to digest lactose.

No. Just the best.

Hehe, doesn't make one popular if consuming a half kilo block of the stuff on the local public tram system though. Happened a few weeks ago too, people walking past on the street started moving out of range of the huge slice of really ripe and tasty stilton (along with a shopping bag containing something like 6-7 more blocks like the one being eaten. Love the stuff, can't get enough of it. I'll quite happily eat a pound or more in a sitting and go back for more.

Great on either plain cream crackers, or cream crackers with marmite.
