Embarrassed, but determined. I've gone to the gym 3 days. I'm still not up to more than 6 minutes at the lowest level on the stair climber. But, persistence will pay off. Just hope my knee holds out.
The first day, you started with 3 minutes. That is a 100% improvement in just three days.

I expanded my little outside walk a bit, yesterday. First day outside, I had to go really slow, and hold my belly. Second day was a bit faster, and no need to hold my body. Yesterday, girl and I took a minor detour, to see the sun set. And it all went well. I also hung some washing, so, I stretched too.
