Currently waiting on rice to finish. Tonight's menu is:
Eggs: First sautee the chopped/diced jalapenos in olive oil, with salt. Add 2 large leaves of kale, chopped. Add 5 eggs and scramble all together. Simple, but delicious.
Refried pinto beans: Fried with a small cube of butter (instead of lard). I also put some olive oil in there.
Brown basmati rice: Cooked (with olive oil).
A nice, easy, simple meal. All ingredients fresh minus the pinto beans- those were pre-canned. I'm not good at making beans from scratch.
