I had a Burger King cheeseburger, small fries and small strawberry milkshake, a bag of soy and honey crisps (didn't like them, why did I eat them??), 2 fruit leathers, 1 chocolate sesame snaps, 4 marshmallows, a cappuccino.
I was doing some extreme dieting before, because I could. I hardly ever feel hunger and I took full advantage. But then I discovered a tiny bit of my hair was starting to thin, and I thought, "SHIT".
So yeh, no more extreme dieting.
It's like I love the challenge, it's weird.
The bit where my hair was starting to thin, is really not noticeable. It happened once before and slowly grew back, but I thought it was cos I took a shitload of zinc. But no, I wasn't eating enough.
Stupid bloody slow losing weight crap. GAH.
I know what to do.
