I need to do that to mine.

How much yard equipment can you stuff into a 8x10' shed?

2 snowblowers, 3 push mowers, 2 gas weedeaters, 3 electric weedeaters, 2 electric hedge trimmers, 2 gas blowers, 2 bikes, assorted shovels, rakes, garden urns, flower pots, a mini greenhouse, tiki torches, a fountain, and so much more....

It's amazing...one day I'm going to open the door and be buried in the avalanche.

A lot more than most people could ever imagine if you do it right :green:  I have one builder I do a lot of work for who always comments on how much stuff I get in my van and trailer,  he says it's like one of those clown cars at the circus .  I have a 20x10 tent garage, a 8x10 metal shed and also an 8x10 fenced corral plus one of those big job site lock boxes.  I keep some of the yard stuff under tarps in one section on the yard that is somewhat protected by fencing and trees.  Too much stuff

Odeon, why and why? (not necessarily in that order however)

I've known of quite a few auties and aspies that whilst being verbal or at any rate, whilst the people in question were capable of speech, whether or not they chose to use verbal communication, just didn't do phones, didn't want to own a mobile etc.
Beyond the pale. Way, way beyond the pale.

I don't actually like conversations sans phones either, at least not with anyone I don't know well. I don't know what to say, not in time, and I don't know how to begin or end a conversation well. Phones add a mechanical dimension to it that I dislike intensely.

The phone call I had to make was to a rheumatologist, the kind that was open-ended. The kind I really hate because I can't plan it.

Not sure if I'm explaining any of this well.

It could be alluding to the saying that joy is just the interval between two pains. Or it has been said pleasure is the interval between two pains. Meaning the experience of worldly joy and sorrow are two sides of the same coin....for instance it has alsobeen said that joy is just the fleeting  experience of a satisfied desire. But then new desires arise and the joy is gone again. Suffering has been described as longing ...and thus all ambition as suffering.

The nature of our experience of joy tends to be dependent upon our experience of sorrow.... but then is there a lasting joy uninhibited by sorrow...a source of everlasting contentment uninterrupted by longing?
