The right one only.  Last year it was very bad and has never really gotten back the way it was before.  Yesterday I stressed it a bit and today I paid the price.  It will be fine but till then it hurts

 OW.  My knees sometimes pop as well, not hard enough (yet) to cause pain.  :orly:
