I need to lose weight and start dieting again but I can't bring myself to commit to it. I'm just not motivated by the same self loathing as I was last year.

Fucking hell, I'd have lost it with the prick responsible. If he stopped and got out, he wouldn't be getting back in again unless it was in bin liners and carrying extra fuel. Lots of extra fuel. As well as several long nails, a length of duct tape, some superglue and plenty black, leakproof plastic bin liners to keep things from getting too messy. Oh, and a shovel. The car would be a writeoff, and so would he, at least when the flames reached the boot Yet I'd not be doing any digging at all. what with the two broken legs and all.

The advanced functions of Excel suck. I get concatenate but Vlookup is over my head. I need one on one help with it.

It threw me off in the beginning because the column letter isn't used for the result, and instead it uses number of the column within the selected range. It's hard to remember at first because it makes more sense to use the column letter. Still really not sure what's the point of using a number, but it's a favorite function. Have to do a lot of comparing and combining across data sets, so simple Vlookup and IF formulas are compilation magic.

I have mostly gotten the hang of the IF formula, just need help with one more little bit. I have to admit, that one is ok.

And JC they were grateful to be informed prior to just for example, randomly seeing me suited up, wearing goggles, gas mask, blast shield and elbow-length gloves if its something that requires the use of a reagent or reagents I have no choice but to use outside only due to the threat-level they pose, venting them into scrubber tanks suited for the reagent/s in question possibly also burning the exhaust from multiple tanks if its something thats either really toxic or reacts to form byproducts that are, or which decompose into something that is/things that are. Just so they wouldn't have to cope with the shock of seeing somebody wearing an NBC suit or something, presiding over a simmering cauldron of some unknown witches brew Or wonder 'what the bloody fucking christ is that hideous stench'
