Oh well whatever. At the moment it appears I'm the only member of my immediate family not invited lol. Mum already had the accommodation booked on the presumption that we'd all be going but now she has to change the booking to include one less person (pretty shitty that my mum still intends to go but oh well).

The bride at my cousins wedding arrived in a Jag (a recent model, the one that looks like an FGX Ford Falcon from the rear *trolling odeon*). Anyway they didn't see my car, we caught public transport to both the wedding and the family reunion the day before.

I'll write a letter to my nanna and tell her. She's the last person they'd wanna upset. Sorry nanna, they obviously don't want me to see you at the wedding and its associated extended family gatherings :(.

I'm certain. Mum rang my aunty/mother of the bride and asked, thinking maybe they meant to send a joint invitation like they did for the last wedding but forgot to type my name on it. My aunty claimed they'd already invited enough people (max catering limit was 100 for the reception she said) and they had to wait for people to RSVP and say they're not going before they could invite more to take their place.

Even if she's telling the truth couldn't they at least manage to squeeze us all in as a family group in the 'first round' of invites?
It just seems like deliberate exclusion on their part at the moment. Nor am I invited to the wedding eve drinks, the ceremony itself or the family breakfast get-together the day after. I'm not even invited to take the road trip up there in other words, I might as well stay home and go to work.
