As expected we had lingering IT issues all day.
The whole system wasn't down for the whole 3 days, we were able to use email and internet intermittently but you can't exactly get much work done with those (we needed our practice and tax/accounting software more than anything). A business with 25 staff who aren't able to be productive for three days straight, it's a killer for the back pocket for sure. It's a really shitty job to be the person delegated to IT because the pressure is on you to minimize the downtime, and soon enough you somehow end up facing mislaid blame for the issues in the first place.
We got a LOT of paper filing done though.
