Oh, could not reach customer services. So, sent an email. Had to check what kind of mail it was. Labelled it as a complaint. When I pressed the send button, I got a thank you for your feedback message.

They were oh so sorry that I had had to suffer the inconvenience of malfunctioning services, but were pleased to see that all had been fixed again.
Nothing has been fixed. I can't call, text or receive texts or calls in my village. Outside everything works OK. And the chart with problems they show on their website clearly shows that they have got a problem.
When I called them earlier this week, I had a decent man, who agreed with me that it could be wise to change providers, because technical services had told him the problem was massive, and they had no idea how long it would take them to fix it.
