^Isn't it weird, the things that happen when one gains weight. I am having the same problem with heartburn, it is horrible, sometimes I feel as if I will throw up acid, ew.I have joined a gym (another one, just for women) and hopefully it makes a difference before Christmas.

I am taking Prilosec OTC every day and still getting heartburn. Let's do this thing! Kick ass at the gym!
Your tummy is aging. Hold up on the spicy and fried foods.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
I need to come up with a way to exercise that doesn't generate too much joint pain.

Hold up on the spicy and fried foods. I should not have pizza again for a long, long time. Hot fat things are the worst, sweet and spicy are a problem too. Weight? Age? Lack of gall-bladder? What ever it is, I do not like it.
