Why do ciabattas go bad so fast??  I buy a bag of 6 rolls and mold starts to grow on them in like 3-4 days.  :grrr:

lol. Just scrape off the top, then run it under hot water for a second, then scrape off another layer, then wipe it with a clean paper towel, then pray over it.
