They scheduled it for Wednesday!  Nooooooooooooo.  It's a good thing I love PA.

Prince Albert or Pennsylvania?

Prince Albert.  Never been to Pennsylvania.

Perhaps you should go. Then you could post that you love both PA and PA. ;)

I would like to visit Pennsylvania.  I think scrapple is made there and I'd like to try it.  I understand it's like hog's head cheese, but with added cornmeal.

[suspicious]Depending on where in Pennsylvania you go, you could visit the Weeble. She's close to PA.[/suspicious]

[suspicious]Or Eris and Buttcoffee. Aren't they from Pennsylvania?[/suspicious] :zoinks:

It's very good, basically cornmeal with some additions... my mom used to make it with sausage & bacon, used to fry it and eat w/a sprinkle of brown sugar. Think I might have a recipe still, will hunt when I get a chance.

Hope all goes well with the PR's apt, and PA's.

I've never made one of those, but I do know how to make a nice carrot cake.  :)

Going to visit that neighbourhood next year. Not Eris or BC, though.

You live in PA? For some reason, I had thought you were Canadian.

God damn...I WANT that turbomolecular pump I've been eyeing on ebay. Would be perfect for the main vacuum chamber pump for the cyclotron I want to build.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyclotron

Lol when I mentioned my wanting to build this to my old man, he was like 'what would you do with it/why would you want a particle accelerator'

Seriously....LMAO! who on earth WOULDN'T want their very own particle accelerator. X-ray generation, nuclear transmutation, generating very high energy proton/deuteron/triton/antiproton/electron/positron/neutron beams....perhaps electron beam welding, pumping plasmas (I would just LOVE to try one day, to build a spheromak reactor) for instance. The possibilities are endless, at least when one has an autistic brain on the task, with the accompanying creativity to be vented :D
Beyond the pale. Way, way beyond the pale.

Jeffrey Dahmer type thought (carried over from another thread)

What would happen if you drilled a hole in someone's skull and poured bleach in the opening?  Would the person feel it?  I've been told the brain has no brain sensors.  I'm also pondering what would happen medically.

(And you thought I was a harmless little old lady.  We're the ones you have to watch out for.)

[suspicious]Wouldn't you have to drill two holes? There's already fluid in the skull. You'll have to let some out if you want to have room for the bleach. [/suspicious]:nerd!:
