The knob on the oven somehow ended up in the off position and now I have a half cooked lasagne. Creepy :tinfoil:

Have you ever sensed another ... presence in the house with you?   :boo:

I dunno. I also heard a few crashes and bangs earlier though. I shouted at the cat thinking it made something upstairs fall over and when I went upstairs to rouse on it nothing was in dis-array :GA:

How old is your house?  :orly:

No more than 10 years old. It could be built on an old aboriginal burial ground or something though :yikes:

About that oven knob: Is it located so that you could have reset it by brushing against
the oven while walking through the kitchen?  Or might there be a safety feature that turns
the oven off if something is wrong with it?  So many possibilities come to mind.  :apondering:

I could have indeed bumped the knob while putting the lasagne in the oven

It's a funny oven where all the knobs are on the front just above the griller instead of up high behind the hotplates. It's a fairly old oven by the looks of it, so no auto switch off feature. The oven door gets stuck sometimes too, it needs a good lubricant on the hinges.

Safety features are boring. I like the supernatural theories better.

I like having the knobs on the front.  A) I'm short and I probably couldn't comfortable reach knobs on the back, B) I could just see my tits turning into Baked Alaska if I could reach the knobs.

I think she said she has been enjoying time off with her son.  Maybe with her new car too :)

I do not feel as good as what i had hopeed to feel for work. I need to sell more though and backlog each day has to be caught up. FUCK!
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

How to apologise to Scrap
