I mean working out to look betterI do see the reason to be physically fit/healthy for starting hormones thoughjust that looking better is a bigger motivation for me than being healthy haha, so right now it's hardI will eat more decent stuff tho

but I need to! I'm so scrawny and skinny. As soon as I start hormones I am working outwhich is another reason I need to start eating better I guess. I dont have the energy to work out right now

I really need to turn my life around. Starting the day at 12:43 p.m. is doing no one any good. I'd like to wake up no later than 8 a.m. every day, and preferably 7 a.m.

I have been waking up at 6:00AM or 6:30AM for years, but on the weekends I sometimes sleep in.
My last one was earlier this week - started the night before I went down to London... ended the night after I got hometwat
