Betting he's had his ass handed to him before...a few times, with good cause...that's why he was so quick to file the notice.

If he knows any info or was witness to any info on any accounts online or off that she may have, she should change that stuff pronto if she hasn't already.

Good advice again!  Anyway, Amber assured me that he was not privy to any of her online accounts or info that could be used against her and I take her at her word.  She knows the internuts world very well.  And she has been warned to guard stuff like that.

Justice Ginsberg has returned home with constant in-home care for a few days.

She plans to do her work from home for now.
I had two broken ribs a few years back and that is no picnic. She has three broken ribs.
