Like a true tornado, there came this moment of no wind. (read, a sudden stop in the clearing frenzy) I can only hope there will be wind (clearing) again, or I will end up in mid cleaning mess.

I'm wondering why the tenants in unit 5 have the carpet from their stairs still sitting outside in the weather. I Repeat, Tenants. Unless there was some legit reason such as the house flooding they're in deep shit when the agent sees it. And are they ever going to move that bed frame still leaning against the common property fence?

They did not replace the carpet for new carpet?

No. The stairs are just behind their door so it's easy to peek in as you walk past and see that they're completely bare pine at the moment. The carpet is draped over a table in the rain.
