Having the dorsal area of my spine aligned again for the first time in about five weeks feels GREAT!

Took about three hours of on-and-off concentration of effort in that area, but I seem to have done it.

I managed to choke down a small piece of the non-tentacle section after prepping myself with a glass of wine. The sauce in itself was excellent...the guy who made it is Italian and an excellent cook.

But no.

Just no...not going there ever again.
