As well as can be expected. There are things he just won't understand so the trick is to be aware of them and avoid them. Such as discussing stress. While I wish I'd have an employer who'd understand that my stress is killing me and act accordingly, I just don't. Whatever help I need I must get elsewhere. Is this the same kid boss you had previously? No, this is a new one. He is a much nicer guy and the owner's son to boot, but he's got his own quirks. Also, you can't really talk freely about what you think about the things the company does because it's personal for him.The 12-yo got sacked, apparently. I don't have direct confirmation but some between-the-lines stuff I keep hearing.

it is well known that PMS Elle is evil.
I think you'd fit in a 12" or at least a 16" firework mortar
You win this thread because that's most unsettling to even think about.

How much is the job vs. management vs. you tending to be a stressed-out person, do you think? (Genuine curiosity, but leave it be if you do not want to answer.)

(Genuine curiosity, but leave it be if you do not want to answer.)I'd say that our management is probably the number one cause, considering how they are responsible of *how* work is being done. My last two bosses have been disasters, both of them. Not that I wasn't stressed before they came along but nowhere near like this.I'm not a stressed-out person per se, I think.
You'll never self-actualize the subconscious canopy of stardust with that attitude.
You evil person, judging others for their fetishes!
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
