Sometimes there is no cure for a troubled mind.  I take a big ball of blue tack to bed with me when I am like that.  Just don't ever do it with play doh - too messy.

There's an idea. I don't have any blue tack here at the moment, but maybe I can find some kneaded eraser.
Sirius will probably come to bed with me too. So I will have something soft and furry to bury my fingers in. He loves to be kneaded like a lump of dough.

I think I haven't met a more, or in the same league being, honest man than my father was. Bond Chan (Chan Bond/a Chinese friend I had earlier in life) and PW were in that league also.

I seriously miss that league, utterly so, 'residenting on catholic soil' now for the last 10 years or so. Um, catholics are amongst the scum of the earth tend to be my opinion nowadays.

Would suck, if you need beta blockers to deal with stress caused at work.
Living too dangerous not taking them would suck even more though.
