Last knee injection today.  One more doctor's appt scheduled (PA on Christmas Eve) and we should be through with doctors for the year.  Hopefully.

There isn't much time left for appointments.

Great minds run along the same path.  I'm thinking of ice cream after dinner.

  I have a half-gallon of chocolate ice cream that I got on sale yesterday for $1.88! 

I think that calls for a 

Won some Ben and Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk.
We had it for dessert after dinner.
With some whipped cream, to make it even more festive.

I forgot to make small talk with the ice cream before I ate it. So, I'm sorry, I can't tell you.

I found that I happened to have lost another 2 kg. And I did not even try. Look at how lean a cow I am becoming.
