I need to replace my mattress ASAP.  It's at a point where I dread going to bed because of how uncomfortable it is.

Consider investing in a latex mattress; they cost more than sprung mattresses, but they last longer and they're more comfortable, and they don't smell and off-gas VOC's like memory foam mattresses can do.  I got one a couple of years ago, and I love it; there are no more springs and wires digging into my back, and it's firm, so I don't roll down into a depression in the centre of it.

They don't squeak or creak, so you could cut down on bed-related sex noises if you combined one with the right bed frame.  Mine has a fabric case with some wool padding surrounding the latex core, which can be removed and dry cleaned.

They're really heavy, so getting them into position can take a bit of effort.

Do you mean they have paid you even though you are not working for them now?

YEs, and I was right, just got my payslip with the mail.

Will make things complicated. I will have to pay back, in two months, and my well-fare income is depending on how much I earn, so, they pay enough to get me on minimal living standards income.

I wonder if they will pay me in two months extra, for what I have to pay back to the company on what I got too much in December.

I hate messy things like that.

Aaaarrrchhhhhhhh!!!!

There's a reasonable solution now.

Time to calm down again.

I remember something similar happened to GA when she had an IT job. We didn't realise at first and so we spent the money on a few luxuries. Then realised the money would have to be paid back and had a very poor fortnight. :D

I hope your solution is an easy one.

Am I really having romantic feelings with someone I just met and talked with for a few hours?

There was a huge fistfight next door earlier between two of the guys there and one of them walked out shouting. I'm waiting to see if he comes back with a car full of mates :viking:

^Stay in and lock your doors. I once had to call the police on some people doing that in the unit next-door to me.

I always get this urge to give horrendously insane advice to people on WP just to freak them out.

Like, "How do I get a girlfriend?"
"Stalk her and then kidnap her and keep her captive until Stockholm Syndrome kicks in, then you're all right."

"How should I approach a person I'm interested in?"
"NAKED, and yelling out your expressed feelings of love while masturbating furiously."

"Some gave me a strange look and muttered something, what do I do?"
"IT'S KILL OR BE KILLED! Finish them!"

Problem is I wouldn't last long if I did that and probably get in serious shit if some idiot actually takes my "advice" seriously. :(
Existence actually has two broad meanings despite its apparent meaningless. The constant reconciliation of all its parts, and the conservation of any closed system as a whole.

Morality can be extrapolated from these meanings to make these two commandments of godless morality: 1). Be in harmony with one another and 2). Care for the environment.

I love those answers. :D

Seriously, there is not just one complete answer for any of those questions.

Seriously, there is not just one complete answer for any of those questions.

True, but some of them sound so whiny and obnoxious and when you take hear the cliche responses, the temptation to 'pet it up a bit' with insanity gets rather strong.

"People call me weird"
"Blind them with pepper spray so they can't tell next time!"

"Why do people hate me?"
"WHY DON'T YOU HATE THEM BACK WITH A CHAINSAW?"

"How do I fit in at a party?"
"Push everyone out of the room and guard it with your life, kill anyone who tries to re-enter, it's all yours now."

"I'm caught in a love triangle, what do I do?"
"Divide the body with a hacksaw, slowly, and then fuck the half that belongs to you."

"My sibling is teasing me about a show I like"
"CUFF them to a chair and cut out their eye lids and put headphones on them. Force them to watch and hear your favourite show for days on loop without food, they'll submit or die... eventually."
