Thing is that when you get someone who has nothing better to do than to contribute to chatrooms and forums who is a bit close to the edge, they don't have the ability to see the funny side of anything. And there seemed to be too much of that at WP. All a good site needs is little in the way of interference from 'mods' and as long as there is no malicious behaviourthen everyone should be fine. zOMG and here are 2 place at least where there is no interference, and virtually no problems. Problem with WP is it has gotten too big, and the mods there are like little Napoleons running around trying to keep the 'naughty' kids in line. And Plank does bugger-all to stop it.
