I'm indifferent to society and hateful towards people in general, but I realise there's fuck all I can do about it. If you think you can be a rebel because you depend on the government, then you're the stupid one. At least I know that by getting my disability payment, that I'm depending on them.

i stopped working cus im aspie. i didnt even know at the time. it simply didnt work out for me. i got fired from both jobs, for performing inadequately at my tasks. losing concentration. etc.
and i HAVE studied too you know. im 30. ive been doing stuff for many years before we spoke as of today :b

Although I don't receive any form of government help, the Princess Royal does.  She receives benefits for being the handicapped child (over 18) of a parent receiving Social Security Benefits.  Because Prince Albert qualifies for Medicare, she also gets it.  Her benefit is 1/2 of his social security benefit.  This is less than the minimum social security benefit, so she also receives SSI.  Because she receives SSI the govenment pays for her Medicare premiums, and she qualifies for Medicaid which practically gives her free medical care.  She pays $1.10 for a generic prescription and $3.30 for a name brand drug.  The total costs of her drugs last year was over $7,000.  She paid less than $100.

I will thank people that I meet in certain situations (fellow club members, our doctors, people who have met her, etc.) for working and contributing to the system so she can have a quality of life that we could not give her.

My mum and stepdad pay the bills and stuff, but I buy my own food, clothes and some toiletries

I'll also give my mum money if she ever needs it

I do feel bad about being on it sometimes, mainly coz of the stigma tho yeah lol

The DLA covers bills , food clothes and electricity , but I do buy my own food for like lunches and etc and toiletries I buy myself.
