Random thought-I just BET a neat flash comp could be made using perxenates. Something like lithium perxenate, for the low molecular weight counterion (=more of the oxidizing capacity per mol.)

Perhaps something like micronized zirconium for the rest of it.....

I really need to have less of those kinds of random thoughts don't I?
