I ran in to the cute nurse at my doctor's office today. I am pretty sure she is in to me. Her smile lights up a room and makes me have a shit eating grin for hours. I normally only smile a few hours a year.

I am not sure why I did it. I have never done it before, I usually purse my lips so the tape only touches my face skin and not my lip skin. But I think I was tired and careless...
