Regardless of how poorly the innards work I still need to take in some form of nutrition to function at least at a minimal level.

Sure, about ten years ago! Can't find anything now. That is what is so frustrating. I eat "healthy" and pain. I eat "unhealthy" and pain. I am going to ask if I can be taken off oral nutrition intake.
