Today (well, it was yesterday since 37 minutes now) I left what was left of a pistolet/crusty bread roll with strawberries on it near the safe haven of earlier mentioned mice in my garden and saw one drag it under the plant a little later. (Safe haven is the poppy plant in the garden)

I really love those little observations..
