This is very true. SO and I were at the hardware store discussing our to do list and we keep having to add to it and the current project we're working on isn't even completed. It's the list that never ends

Got to witness the eclipse with the kids thanks to my neighbour lending us his welders glass from his mask.

Today I woke up and the house smelled like onions. I have no clue why.

Raw chopped onions, or sauteed?  :orly: :tinfoil:

I think the sauteed kind. Probably yesterday's breakfast and the pan I didn't clean.  :-[ It was just weird that I didn't notice it till then.

You'd probably gone noseblind to it, after smelling it while cooking.  :orly:

You do. It's like cooking cabbage rolls.

I don't smell anything until I have to go outside for something...then bam...damn this house smells like cabbage.

Weird, that means noseblindness resets itself while you're asleep.

Makes sense to me. It's about the brain, not about the nose.

I mean, I'm all for supporting people on benefits, and pro-life is a big deal to me too. I get that I'm not residing in America, but believe big changes can have massive consequences on other countries too. But supposedly my own kind, on "my side" are behaving irresponsibly. How is it responsible to hate on other people and be nasty to them? These SJWs are not only kicking themselves in the foot, but they're going against supposedly their own nature. I get that sitting back doing nothing isn't going to get them anywhere, but neither is unfriending people and heavily shaming them.

Damn. I meant pro-choice was a big deal to me i.e. I’m for abortions. I think I meant that pro-life was a big deal to me because the concept of no abortions is fucking scary to me.

Me too.

I would hate to see history repeat itself.

Women will have abortions whether they are legal or not. Making them illegal just raises the odds that they'll die from one.

Exactly. I really don’t get the thought process behind pro-life. It doesn’t take into account the mothers’ mental and physical health, and her childrens’, or her ability to raise children. It seems really misogynist.
