...At this point I have decided to equivocate the "friend" as democratically popular "big government,"  which we can all imagine that a Seattle garage grunge band would love, until "Bush I" came to power and began "raping" peoples' freedoms.

I don't get this. G.Bush 41 was mostly just a continuation of Reagan's domestic and foreign policies. I don't recall anything he did to "rape" people's freedoms unless you count the invasion of Panama.    :dunno:

Do you really want me to bring this discussion down to a fourteen year old girl's understanding of the world to help YOU understand why I chose this particular effort to help my child see beyond the simple words of the song.

Really, dude?

You seem to be quite ignorant.

I am sure that I can help you, but my choice is to focus my time on my own, who can actually benefit from my message.

See ya later!

... OH and, whatever Dude!(almost forgot)

With all the tree trimming they have been doing around the power lines around here I can now see Long Island which is in  New York from my front yard through what is left of the trees

Nah it looks nice from a distance :green:   I do miss the trees but I won't miss the power outages, they had let them get too close to the power lines for years

They were lucky it was off hours for traffic and it was all moving rather slowly.  I was pulling my trailer on my my way to a lumber yard and on the way back an hour later there was no sign of it so he must have gotten it out of the road without incident.

Couple of days ago, I cut some holes in small cardboard boxes (for teabags), to make them feeding mazes for the cats.

They do try to get everything in their bowl, by begging. But, once they give up, they really have a ball attacking the little boxes. Funny to see and hear. Luna, picking the box up and ferociously shaking it is the most effective hunter for food pellets.

And Sirius is not overeating anymore. I can already notice the difference in how fast the cat-food finishes in just a few days.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
