It's very odd for an east coast cyclone to track WNW. None the less, I hope my brother in Brisbane is preparing.
I hope he's safe.
Kayleigh's family live in Toowoomba and it floods very easily there. I saw it myself years ago and that was just average rain.
As of this evening's track forecast, my brother will literally be in the eye of the storm. It's not flooding I'm worried about at his place, it's the winds.
Even my area like 7 hours south is on flood watch, but I feel that's more precautionary than anything.
