Is it a church or a cult?
You'll never self-actualize the subconscious canopy of stardust with that attitude.

The local brewery had what looked like a superspreader event. Some kind of party.

Just noticed they put a church in a convenience store I used to go to :-\
That's strange.

I grew up Catholic and always thought store front churches were kinda weird but this is even odder I used to go there and buy milk and there is a liquor store next to it
Have never seen or heard of churches in stores, so didn't even know it's a thing.

I moved into what used to be a store,  still has the big windows in front but they are covered.
There used to be a church that set up a tent at the flea market and do the church thing there I think I have a photo someplace

My daughter has reminded me that we are going to move away from five pets buried in our back yard. She is worried about them.

I don't know where she came up with this latest "truama,"  but I tried to explain how the shells we buried were not our beloved pets and those loved ones had already left those vessels which we were left to dispose.

What next!?!

I grew up where "churches" can just materialize inside a tent.  Drive by one and you might think the circus is in town, but it is sometimes the snake people, "on the road" and making money.

Remember, MONEY is the point of most mobile churches or ministries or evangelical pursuits.  Do not let them fool you. I am not so cynically inclined in matters of faith most of the time, but these people should be exposed for what they are.

The local brewery had what looked like a superspreader event. Some kind of party.

We had a local brewery that used to do something similar. Every week end in the summer, they had a small band in the parking lot of the huge trucking depot where they occupied a corner stall. Also "tasting" tables were available to hawk the newest recipes or just for the hell of it all. Not sure the difference.

They folded this year due to staffing and Covid issues in general.

It was always fun to drop by and see what the band sounded like, but they are gone now.

Okay. Misunderstood and thought it was a church combined with an operating store. Have seen churches and church base charities in odd places before like a strip mall, but definitely never a gas station.

It might be how some churches get started, just renting a space until collecting enough tithe to build a church.

Rode on a plane and swore it smelled like pee. On returning home, the house also seemed to smell like pee. Now not sure if the smell of pee is stuck in my nose from the plane, or if I'm the one who smells like pee.
