No, I was not aware of that. Is it about autistic penguins?

Have you ever encountered a wild kookaburra and is it true the sound they make sounds like a laughing monkey?

(man, pfff, I'm a tough interviewer)  :nerdy:

Yes, kookaburras often sit on my front fence and laugh.
I don't know what a monkey's laugh sounds like, so I can't answer the second part of the question.

I'm on a decent connection ATM.
That is adorable. Kookaburras don't sound quite like it; they sound a lot less human.

OK, another question.. (with a tad of intro needed, I think.. )

Well, you love music and I do too, no kid ya.. but you have decent schooling and you're even composing classical music yourself. Where I have trouble to 'stramine' and tend to just fool around mostly/improvise between jazz and pop music a bit, in quite limited mus. scales tbh, on my piano.... but but but which simple clas. piano-based piece of music you recommend me to listen to?

Well, I love Bill Evans on Miles David's 'kind of blue' album, a lot myself.. He's, I think, my favourite (freely) piano playing composers but what's yours, piano-based-wise?

Um, is that a solid question? (dunno)

Schubert would have to be about my favourite composer for the piano, and Bartok, but Bartok's music doesn't always fit the definition of "simple".

Here is one recommendation:

^ Ah, thanks for the effort, PSP. Um, when I was young my mother played quite a bit of Schubert on the piano.. listening to recommendation reminds me of that. Ja, do think Schubert is more 'accessible' than Bartok. Listening to it now (Lang Lang playing Piano Sonata 1) and it sounds way more complex. Not simple.

Well, I wish you luck with your music 'adventures', PSP. (Um, composing your Magnum Opus.)  :viking:
