The driving manual says the average driver's
reaction time is: .75 seconds........ or 1 car length for every 10 mph......
Test your average reaction time.

Averaged out 0.2604 seconds, or bobbing bobcat.

I kind of knew I'd be around there as I've had my reflexes tested before in a professional setting.
Existence actually has two broad meanings despite its apparent meaningless. The constant reconciliation of all its parts, and the conservation of any closed system as a whole.

Morality can be extrapolated from these meanings to make these two commandments of godless morality: 1). Be in harmony with one another and 2). Care for the environment.

Professor?

From what I see, bobbing bobcat would be definitely fast, but not 'holy shit that's inhuman' fast. Besides having a response time below half a second is still excellent. From my experience when I was tested, I managed to impress the person testing me due to my rapid response time. But I think the ultimate limit is about 100ms, below that and 'hardware' limitations make it difficult, if not flat out impossible.
