I hate people who say that I have to know, if they said nothing it would not bother me but don't tell me not to do something.  Ask nicely and don't put such emphasis on it.   Say "please stay out my room"  I can be sneaking and get around most locks and barriers too. I even have a camera I can get though a .5 inch hole I use for looking inside walls for work

If I had a spare bedroom, and guests, I would leave the room to them anyway. No need to go there. If I needed to be there, I'd knock.
Bedrooms in houses of other people, none of my business to go there.

I like my privacy respected, and assume others want the same.

Though, people who tell me "for the love of god, do not enter" in my house..... That would get me on edge. They're in my house as guests. No way they can tell me what to do there.

I would stay out. I have boundary issues in that I feel extremely uncomfortable in someone else's personal space, as well as when someone is in mine.

If I didnt live somewhere I wouldnt ever snoop. If I DID live there, I would only go in there if I felt threatened by something.  I wouldnt want to :S
