What about in the case where a member here makes a post hinting that they were breaking WP rules by say, for example, having a sockpuppet account (and divulging it's username)? Would you be required to ban them from WP then?

Haven't you done that 3 or 4 times in the past week?  Have I banned you yet?

Neither. If I created an account there I think I would be banned quickly for violating some wrongplanet TOS. I just wouldn't be able to NOT violate them.
