Now it's just another anonymous car maker.

Oh well, at least we have an actual Swedish automotive manufacturer again. :arrr:

Although I guess they have financial backing from the Chinese, too.

They have been producing cars since Monday. Old model, sure, but for some reason I'm rooting for them.

What's the latest on this, Bodie?

 :paperbag:
I didn't ring them.   I was a bag of nerves.  It was scary.  I am a  :wanker:

The last interview i had was probably 20+ years ago.  I am loyal and diligent once employed - my last post was for 16 years.  However,  I had a bit of a stutter when i was at school.   Overcame it mostly.   Had visions of it returning if i went for an interview.  Also get a bit clumsy when nervous and picturing myself stumbling over not just my words but objects too was just too much.   I did send them an email two weeks later apologising for not replying sooner but that i was busy settling in to my new job.  I lied, I know, but i thought at least i can contact them again - better than just not replying.

Truth is I am just a little house mouse.  eeek.

I almost applied for another job that I found that was right up my street.  Working for Lego  -  in their Stratford store,  check this out PART OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION WAS TO PLAY LEGO WITH KIDS INSTORE!  It was a job in heaven.  I decided the 20 mile trip to Stratford was a bit too far.  Or maybe i was just being a  :wanker:

I am not terribly proud of myself.

eeek.
blah blah blah

Great news.
Maybe they'll start making them right again...IMO they went to hell in a hand basket when GM stepped in.

What model odeon?

The 9-3 with a petrol engine. They're supposed to produce an electric version of the car by 2015.

OMG working for Lego! As long as it was easy to get to, that would be worth applying for. I know how much you love Lego.

I know.  It is tricky to get to Stratford. If it was just 20 miles on a motorway or an A road then it wouldn't be so bad, but being part time it would be a pain in the ass.

Yeah, you would end up spending a lot on petrol and feeling like you are driving all the time.
