I don't understand why people talk while at the movies.

Even more bewildering: the people who arrive 15-20 minutes late, having paid full price
for a movie they're not going to understand because they've missed so much of it.
On top of that, they block the screen with their big stupid heads as they get themselves seated.
They're probably the ones doing the most talking as they try to figure out the plot.  Assholes.  :fp:

Add to that the  people who sit directly in front of you even though there are only ten people in the entire theater

These are the same people who park next to you in an empty car park.

This happened to my parents. They were in the theatre by themselves when another couple came in and sat in the row directly in front. My stepdad - furious - said loudly, "You've got to be kidding!" And the couple moved seats!

students who fail to complete 50% of an assignment and complain that they didn't get a passing grade. this one went to academic affairs to complain. her complaint? "student thought they [her team] had done better on the assignment." My response: "It's hard to do well when the assignment isn't completed."
i do have very strict rules so at the end of class i usually go through and and look for ways to make adjustments to the grades. screw that for this class - i even had students coming to me and saying "so-and-so was being rude to me."  i seriously need to come up with a polite way to say "you're an adult, suck it up and solve it or run away."

How are massages, manicures, pedicures, and spa treatments relaxing?!  Nothing would lock my
muscles tighter and faster than being prone on a table with someone touching my skin.   :runaway:  :GA:

I am exactly the same. Exactly. Nothing could make me more tense.

I simply sigh and refer to the title. Rosario is single nowdays, though........
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

To leave the motor running whilst, waiting inside and not moving your car for a minute or for a couple of minutes more.

Also, shutting a door of an automobile like the hardest one can. BAM! What the fuck is that shit? Almost everybody does so here.

I hear you, lutra. Especially about car doors. I am always mindful of other people's doors. Someone I know has a new car. The doors do not need slamming.

My car, however, slam all you like, the car is old and the doors need to be shut firmly.

A massage can be very relaxing if done properly by someone who knows how to do it. I rely on one to function.
