Yes friends of mine would pick up randoms and late at night you would get a call on your mobile with a girl calling out YOUR name and a friend laughing and grunting in the background.

Well one time I saw someone talking on their phone and they dropped it out of the car onto the road and the car behind them ran over the phone.

I find that I totally zone out the few times I've been talking while driving.  Thankfully the PR is usually with me and I have her answer the phone and relay the message until I can safely pull over.  Otherwise I don't answer it until I've pulled over.  That's just based on my experience on what my limits are.

I am the same. Plus I don't drive without taking my ADHD meds first. I had two accidents years ago and that is why I went to the doctor to get assessed. I didn't want to drive if I was going to be a danger to people.

  I'd be a danger to others even with my meds.  I get spazzy when I have to process too much at once.

SO never puts his down and it's an old style flip phone. Hate to see when and if he upgrades to a smart phone. 

He gets pissed because I turn mine off when I drive somewhere. It's illegal to talk and drive here, and honestly I frigging hate the damn thing anyway...so that's my excuse...and then I normally "forget" to turn it back on for a few hours.

My phone is usually only on when I'm out.  I don't talk and drive, but it comes in handy to referee fights between PA and The PR.  Also, "Do we need anything else from the store?"
