Actually all sock puppets are labelled as such on here so they can be restricted from voting, so if it doesn't say 'sock puppet alert' under their user name they are unique members.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.  As far as I can tell Slim is the username the member uses on WP, whilst Captain brown is the user name they use on here. 
The IPs of all new members are checked and any of those who already have accounts are labelled sock puppet.

If slim claims to be 11, it is possible that someone has gotten their wires crossed about this-captain brown doesnt post like an 11 year old kid, but perhaps it should be checked out.
