I like the fact that most people don't expect us to babysit other members. I like the fact that we're all adults and we're all treated as such. I like the fact that we're all allowed to be real people, who get pissed off and/or angry about issues and are free to express this- I think most message boards want people to act like they're all the same and its hard sticking to the right side of the line when others are provoking you on those boards (I notice that Intensity's biggest critics are those that are very good at staying just a fraction to the right side of this play nice line).
I also like the fact that we
do in fact support other members when they're going through shit, even though being a support site is not the purpose of Intensity. I think of this as being like Intensity's soft. chewing centre hidden under a tough outer layer
I believe that at the moment some people are too worried about being seen as bullying others to get any real debate going and I hope this changes in the future. When Intensity² first started people approached the debates with fire and passion and I would like to see this return.
