Have you been here ? It is dreadful. It masquerades as this big city, but there is no opportunity, and the collapse of the steel industy pretty much guaranteed smog and high unemployment. Oh, and driving on winding mountain roads in the dead of winter isnt fun, either.

Well, at least I dont live in New Jersey :)

 well the high crime rate makes it fun sometime  :zoinks: Id say with all the surrounding suburbs Im near 2 mil, so a lot bigger than madison. Ive lived all over west virginia and southern Pa, but I havent traveled much at all.

where have you been ? have you ever been to las vegas or india ? Those are 2 placse Id like to go. Closest to indiana ive been is cleveland. It was kind of sad, too  :violin:  That is a pathetic city. I lived in Charleston WV, Ive been to Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, Maryland, Jersey. I got lost in Delaware once, I dont think that counts.... That is about it.

I think Vegas is a bit overrated. Although, when I was there, I didn't have loads of money to just burn. I had a great time, but it wasn't the week of debauchery like I'd planned.
Possibly due to going with my girlfriend at the time, who started her period halfway through the trip and was just a BIT pissed off.
I did go see Cirque Du Soleil completely hammered though, THAT, was amazing.
