No, i disagree with it on practical ground because it's too destructive. And all good morality decends from pratical concerns. I believe in a "chivalrous" form of conquest where only armies are involved.

No such thing as a chivalrous widespread conquest. One army invading another country/area inevitebly brings rape, pillage death and suffering due to the pressures of conflict and the people who are in armies being aggresive anyway. Life's not a nice clean computer game of war strategy.
