1. google.no prioritizes norwegian results = squat shit, i have to manually turn to google.com to get anything of value. "how helpful"
2. ignores my exact search. if i want "stop" i do NOT want "stopped" or "stopping" or "stoppalahoola"
3. ignores subtracted words, sometimes to a ridiculous degree. ive had searches where whole list of exclusions are showing up first on the result list.
4. finds pages without a single mention of my keywords, including image searches that have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with my search.
5. pops up images in the image search, often blocking the actual search box.
6. "did you mean - - - ?" NO I DID NOT MEAN! I AM NOT A FUCKING RETARD!!! SOMETIMES... there are strange words in this world!
6.5 FORCED,. yes, FORCED re-done search for what google thought i meant. this has happened some times, but mostly does not happen. idunno what triggers it to happen, but it pissed me off a lot.
#3 is by far my biggest grievance with google.
the whole idea of subtracting/excluding a word is to NARROW DOWN the search. when google blatantly ignores this, then there is _no point_ in the feature at all.
right now altavista > google.
