The “autistics can’t lie” rumor is bull

F.ex, if I see a bad-looking girl, and she asks me how she looks like,  I say “You look decent”, because I don’t want to hurt her feelings, I don’t want to say she’s HOT, because then she will probably think I say it just to twist the truth a little ;)

I lie if I have to, but I don't tend to do it very much

sometimes I lie by accident. like when my tutor was asking me about things I like doing and I said video games , I like shooting games. she asked if I have a PS3 and I didn't take in what she was asking me and just went "yes"

I don't have a PS3

One of the things that I enjoy about younger people is that they really think they've made all these marvelous discoveries - autistics lie,  perverted sex, drugs, violence, has it harder than the last generation, politicians lie, etc.  I'm not making fun of General Razorbeard, just enjoying his innocence for a bit.

Of course autistics can lie. Scrap is proof of that. It's just that some can't understand how to do it, or that they are actually doing it.

Now explain the possible lie there, or if their is no lie, explain why that statement would be true.
