They're pretty easy to get here. You just have to pass a mutiple choice test, and a basic behind the wheel test.

If you get a Drivers Handbook (free from the D.M.V.) and read it, passing the test is pretty easy. The behind the wheel test is easy too, you just need to have a friend to drive with you to help teach you how to drive. You can practice in an empty parking lot or in an empty field.

Yeah, the behind the wheel tests here are given by D.M.V. employees (Departmen of Motor Vehicles) and yhey're pretty basic. The hardes part of the test is parallel parking.  :-\
