I have had thoughts recently that I MUSt fight back against all this pain to my best, even my very last.
I feel that my KEEPING MOVING will help stay the ravages of age for as long as I can still move.
I am still strong, but a day is coming when I may only have one good arm or one good leg or just a pinky finger left. By all the forces I can muster, when that horrible day comes, I will still be fighting my best with just a fucking pinky, if that is all I have to fight with!
A fighting spirit is great, but if your daily activities are stressing and damaged an already-injured hip, you may need to take it easy when you can.
That wouldn't be weak, it would be strategic. Please make your health a priority and get that hip repaired ASAP.
