^ In my days of pimplehood, 124 years ago, I had to really watch what I ate. No pork, no fast food snacks, no chocolate, peanuts, etc.. and that kind of helped. Probably the base of me being a bit religious about the food I eat nowadays is laid in those days.
Good the cream works for you.. but the stuff I tried, like said p/m 248 years ago, hardly had an effect contra pimples. Plus, being the stimming spazz I was (462 years ago) I couldn't refrain myself to not touch the spots.. and ja, that's NOT really helpful either.
Hardly have them nowadays though.. maybe if you fancy.. you could include a glass, or bowl, of a sour milk product into your daily diet. Probiotica, yoghurt-based drinks, buttermilk, etc.. those seem to work a little not getting them in the first place (it's said).
